When you have big feelings to share with the world, sometimes you just have to say it. Let this mug do the hard work for you.

How long will it take for my cup to be made?

These cups are made to order and I am only one person. But let's face it, all good things take time, so please allow up to 6 weeks for your personalised cup to be made. 

How will it be made?

Your handmade mug will be wheel thrown using a buff or tan coloured midfire clay with a standard c-shaped handle or you can choose to have no handle at all.

Your mug will also be completely unique. You can expect to see variations in the size, shape and glaze and evidence of where my hands or tools have touched your mug - this is what makes handmade and hand glazed pottery stand out in all the right ways.

Some may say these are "imperfections" but I say they are "perfectly imperfect"!

How can I personalise the mug?

You can choose to add your cheeky message to the outside of your mug up to a maximum of 40 characters. 

Your message will be on the OUTSIDE of the mug, so please consider this if you choose to add a handle - whether you want a left or right handed design to face the person drinking or face away from them.

What colour will it be?

The colours available will change from time to time depending on the glazes I have in stock. Please remember that the colours on your device may be slightly different to the actual mug. I always do my best to show the colours as accurately as possible.

All lettering will be black.

How big will it be?

Each mug will be made to hold up to approximately 500ml. Please remember, as each custom cup is handmade, the exact size and shape may vary - no two mugs will ever be exactly the same.

How should I care for it?

Your mug will be dishwasher and microwave safe, but I strongly recommend hand washing with care.

Can I change my mind, cancel my order or get a refund?

Due to the personalised nature of these mugs, change of mind returns, cancellations and refunds are not available.

If your product arrives faulty, please reach out immediately via email, including photos and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
